Beautiful villa with a stunning garden and pool. Maria goes above and beyond and is so helpful

The location of this villa is perfect, there is bus stop very close and 5 mins to small supermarket and shops. It is really well equipped with everything you good need.

Exceeded expectations and a pleasure to return to at the end of the day..

Excellent pool, lovely landscaping, good outside furniture, plenty of shaded terraces. Well located near Poseidonia with excellent bakery and good . Good beaches available. Lovely sunsets over the bay.

Some more kitchen items needed e.g bread knife and more boards, and a jug for milk

Exceptional

We loved absolutely everything at Poseidonia Cozy House, what a gorgeous holiday home with amazing facilities in an excellent location. I highly recommend this villa and also recommend getting a vehicle to gain you access to some amazing places in the nearby areas and incredible beaches. We've had such a memorable trip and are so happy we chose Cozy House. Maria and Mr Stratos are the best hosts I've ever dealt with!

Wonderful holidays

The house is very welcoming, everything was very clean. Perfect bedding! A washing machine is available, it just lacks a dishwasher, but that didn't bother us more than that. The decoration of the house is very pretty, the air conditioning in the living room and the rooms is appreciated when temperatures go up ;-) Outside, deckchairs around an incredible pool. A barbecue completes everything to make good grills. Maria is a host of incredible kindness, she has prepared a list of beaches and taverns to do. The garden and the swimming pool are maintained twice a week.

Maybe wifi, which tends to disconnect because the area on the island has average coverage. But turn back on the box, it starts again!
